I am so glad you are here

Hi! I’m Bailey Saneman MS, RD, LDN!

Together, we can uncover and learn to listen to the body’s innate wisdom that will support living your fullest life.

I was born and raised in Maryland and could usually be found on a sports field, or in a barn or the woods. I grew up with lots of different farm animals and pets and am always looking for new outdoor activities to get involved in. I eventually ended up playing lacrosse in college at the University of Vermont – a place that I was able to tie together my love of sports and the outdoors.

While playing sports, I began getting curious about nutrition and how it’s not always something that we are taught. So that’s what I did – I decided upon Nutrition as a major, and it’s lead me to where I am now. I believe that there is no right or wrong way to eat and encourage honoring our bodies and recognizing our individual needs.

My Philosophy

I believe it is our birthright to eat intuitively and move in a way that honors our body’s unique needs and limitations.

The care you will receive while working with me will be weight inclusive, trauma-informed, grounded in the Health at Every Size® (HAES) movement, and aligned with the principles of Intuitive Eating. We will shed the damaging diet mentality and learn how your well-being does not have to come by manipulating your body size and at the expense of your mental health.
