30 Minute Stabilizing Standing Flow

During this class, you will be guided through standing postures to cultivate stability in the lower body. Here, you will be encouraged to use a chair and/or blocks to support and sustain your body within each pose. By meeting your body’s needs throughout this sequence you will open up space to breathe deeply and let go of chattering thoughts and built up tension.
