Pre-Meal Meditation

This meditation is specifically designed for individuals recovering from an eating disorder or disordered eating. In this meditation, you will call upon some compassionate questions to set the mind on your values and bigger picture of ‘why’ you are nourishing yourself with each meal. You will also set intentions around how you will support yourself during the meal itself.
