10 Minute Reset

This practice could be supportive before a busy day, during a work break, or before falling asleep. In a restorative posture that promotes deep breathing, you will be guided through a few rounds of a classic breathing practice, ‘the pacifying breath’. Through a lengthened exhale, we can diminish anxiety and release tension, leading to a more peaceful state of being.
