40 Minute Centering Flow and Meditation

You will begin class by dropping in to some deep, relaxing breaths as you prepare for some gentle, flowing transitions through a combination of postures. The class will finish with a meditation that will guide you to create a anchor point within through breath and mantra that you can carry with you into the demands, frustrations, and noise that can arise during big gatherings. This is a perfect class to practice a few times throughout the holiday season, before work events, or any other time you are anticipating being in a large group of people. As much as we love our family and friends, sometimes they can say or do things that affect us negatively or bring up big emotions - carry this centering practice with you, so you can have a foundation within to turn back to.
