7 Minute Centering Meditation: Holiday Edition

In this quick meditation, you will be guided to create an anchor point within through breath and mantra that you can carry with you into the demands, frustrations, and noise that can arise during big gatherings. This is a perfect class to practice a few times throughout the holiday season, before work events, or any other time you are anticipating being in a large group of people.
