A Reflection: How Has My Body Carried Me?

We often get stuck in a loop of repeating to ourselves the same thoughts about our physical body. This meditation with start off by connecting you with a place of nonjudgmental awareness to then pose a question, ‘how has your body carried you?’. During a guided response, you may begin to create a new pattern of thought about your body . This could serve as a more neutral, supportive, or even positive alternative to the degrading stores we often have on repeat.
