35 Minute Tuning In: Forward Folds

Embody the practice of ‘tuning in’ as you cultivate lengthening in the back body with forward folds. Folding postures symbolize turning away from the distractions and stressors of the outer world and tuning into the nuance cues and wise signals of your own being.

Throughout the class, you will be prompted to support the needs of your unique body with props and different options within the poses.
