30 Minute Moving Meditation

Meditation is the practice of focusing the mind in the present moment by letting go and not attaching to thoughts. This is hard to do when we have grown used to moving through life at a fast pace with such high intensity. For some, meditating seems impossible because they believe that in order to do it ‘right’, they have to be still and stop thinking. I am inviting you to reconsider how a meditation practice could look. In this class, the mind will be given something to cling to in the present moment (breath and movement), so even when your thoughts pull your attention away, you will be prompted to come back to these anchor points again and again.
