30 Minutes: Receive Your Limitations with Kindness

Here we will talk through how our limitations brings us together in our shared humanity. We will approach a few poses with compassionate curiosity, acknowledging that we WILL find our own limitations within the pose, and when we find them, we can receive them with lovingkindness and respond with adaptations and props for support. You may find that by approaching your limitations with open arms, you can create more freedom to insight natural change in a way that isn’t forced or surrounded with judgement.
