20 Minute Empowering Practice
In this practice, you will be guided to hold 4 standing postures for a longer period of time than you may be used to. On-going research suggests that holding expansive postures can decrease stress while improving our confidence and felt sense of power. That said and regardless of the research, you are invited to notice how these postures impact you. Do you notice any shift in your mental, emotional, or physical state from the start to the end of the practice?
