35 Minutes: Becoming Your Own Ally

You will be led through heart-opening holds and gentle flowing movements to unlock tension in the shoulders and open up across the upper body. As you embody the intention of “becoming your own ally”, you will consider what self advocacy looks like in your life now and what it could look like in the future.
