Set Your Intention
Intentions are different from goals, goals are fixed things that we want to achieve, while intentions are shifts in values or qualities that we want to cultivate and embody. By practicing meditation, you will create space in the mind to neutrally observe your current experience. In this observation, you may see that you (like all of us) have some growing to do, and therefore, some intentions to set.
