For When Diet Culture Is Loud

You will be guided to create space to acknowledge the challenging emotions that may arise when triggering messages about food/exercise/bodies come up around us. Whether your mom is talking about her latest diet or you overheard co-workers discussing their weight, hearing these things while you are trying to heal your relationship with food, movement, and your body can be so hard. We will remind ourselves of why we are choosing to do this work, and remember, you are not alone - we can choose this path of healing together.
