30 Minute Find Your Vinyasa: Sun Salutation Workshop
This class is great for anyone who feels like they are having a hard time focusing and would like to center themselves or if you are even just curious about what ‘vinyasa’ really means in a yoga practice! We will begin together by taking some gentle movement and practice some basic breath-body connection. From there, we will workshop a few different versions of the vinyasa sequence, sun-salutation A. This time is designed for you to dial in a version that feels right in your body and allows you to enter the ‘flow state’ that can arise when we connect our breath with our movement. We will finish off by using the clarity and focus we cultivated in our vinyasa practice to try some balancing postures!
